OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 1, 2015, and pursuant to
Section 14 of
Chapter 438 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Special Places Protection Act , is pleased to approve the designation of lands by the Minister of Environment as an addition to the Long Lake Nature Reserve ecological site, originally designated by the Minister of Environment and approved by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2008-538 dated October 15, 2008, N.S. Reg. 411/2008, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after December 29, 2015.
