OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Seniors dated March 17, 2016, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Seniors to enter into an extension to the Inter-Governmental Agreement with Employment and Social Development Canada (formerly Human Resources and Skills Development Canada) concerning the Management of the Federal/Provincial/Territorial Seniors Forum Budget, substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to the addition of appendices and to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the Agreement.
