B.C. Reg. 136/2006, deposited May 18, 2006, pursuant to the

INTERPRETATION ACT [Section 26]. Order in Council 349/2006, approved and ordered May 17, 2006.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective January 1, 2007, B.C. Reg. 80/2003 is repealed and the following regulation is made.

DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME REGULATION

Daylight saving time

1 In British Columbia each year the time for general purposes shall be 7 hours behind Greenwich mean time during the period commencing at 2 o'clock in the forenoon on the second Sunday of March and ending at 2 o'clock in the forenoon on the first Sunday of November.
