OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated June17, 2014, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education to enter into the Interprovincial Funding Agreement for the Atlantic Veterinary College of the University of Prince Edward Island, in substantially the form as set out in
Schedule “C” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
