Order in Council 1479/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 9(1) and 9(2) of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation Act, 2011, Victoria Turnbull of Toronto be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of November 16, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
