OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated March 5, 2004, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 14 of the Acts of 1998, the Health Research Foundation Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to appoint the following persons as members of the Board of Directors of the Health Research Foundation for a three year term commencing April 1, 2004, and ending March 31, 2007: Peter Mullen of Kentville, Kings County; and Frances Hinton of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality.
