Order in Council 48/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Blair Taylor was reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Land Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective November 3, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 786/2024;

And

whereas Blair Taylor tendered his resignation effective December 5, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsections 3(1) and 3(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021 , Order in Council O.C. 786/2024 be revoked effective December 5, 2024.
