OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Addictions and Mental Health dated September 11, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 65 of
Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2005, the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act , is pleased to appoint Tina Jennings of Halifax Regional Municipality (Lower Sackville) as a lay member of the Review Board for a term of two (2) years commencing September 24, 2024.
