Part 1 of the Gaming Control Act, Acting Minister responsible for the Elections Act, Acting Minister responsible for the Utility and Review Board Act and to be responsible for any and all other duties assigned to that Minister from 6:00 p.m., Monday, March 3, 2008 until 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 5, 2008: the Honourable Jamie Muir; and To be Acting Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations, Acting Minister responsible for the Residential Tenancies Act, and Acting Chair of Treasury and Policy Board and to be responsible for any and all other duties assigned to that Minister from 8:00 a.m., Saturday, March 8, 2008 until 11:59 p.m., Sunday, March 16, 2008: the Honourable Barry Barnet.
