OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated April 24, 2008, and pursuant to clause 7(1)(
a) of
Chapter 32 of the Acts of 2004, the Prescription Monitoring Act, and
Section 44A of
Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act, is pleased to appoint Lillian Berry of Port Hawkesbury, Inverness County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Prescription Monitoring Board for a three year term commencing on May 1, 2008 and expiring on April 30, 2011.
