OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated April 14, 1999, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Patricia L. Schaller of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire November 15, 2001, which appointment was made by Order in Council 96-862 dated November 19, 1996; and (

b) appoint Patricia L. Emerson of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits to expire November 15, 2001.
