OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated May 11, 2023, and pursuant to Sections 7 and 8 of
Chapter 7 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Agriculture and Rural Credit Act , and Sections 9 and 17 of the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board Regulations , N.S. Reg. 205/2018, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2018-304 dated November 29, 2018, is pleased to approve the loan to Crisp Growers Incorporated as outlined in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to minor amendments to the terms of the loan as approved by the Nova Scotia Farm Loan Board as do not materially change the risk of the loan, effective on and after June 6, 2023.
