Order in Council 1228/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 5 of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993, the appointment of Larry Taylor as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Clean Water Agency by Order In Council 682/2020 is hereby revoked effective July 23, 2021 as Larry Taylor resigned as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Clean Water Agency.
