Order in Council 1567/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 2 of the Financial Services Tribunal Act, 2017 ,

Paul Farley of Midland

be re-appointed as a part-time member of the Financial Services Tribunal (“Tribunal”) and designated as vice-chair of the Tribunal for a fixed term of two years effective the date this Order in Council is made;

And further that Order in Council 511/2020 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
