OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, dated May 20, 2020, and pursuant to Sections 3, 4 and 6 of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 2005, the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission Act is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Janet MacMillan as a Member of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission made by Order in Council 2018-159 dated June 5, 2018; (
b) reappoint Janet MacMillan of Halifax Regional Municipality (Tantallon) as a Member of the Halifax-Dartmouth Bridge Commission, and appoint her as Vice-chair of the Commission for a term of three years commencing July 3, 2020; and (
c) order that Janet MacMillan be remunerated for her services in the amount of $12,000 per year and be reimbursed for allowable expenses actually incurred in fulfilling her duties as member and Vice-chair of the commission, provided that any such reimbursement does not exceed that normally payable to members of the civil service.
