Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated February 24, 2023, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2009, the Dietitians Act , and

Section 18 of the

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Judy Heffern of Hantsport, Kings County, as a public representative member of the initial Board of the Nova Scotia College of Dietitians and Nutritionists, made by Order in Council 2023-11 dated January 17, 2023, effective March 28, 2023.
