chapter M-17 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended by adding after

section 7.1 the following: 1 La

chapitre M-17 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifiée par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après l’article 7.1 : Disclosure to The War Amputations of Canada Divulgation à l’organisme appelé The War Amputations of Canada 7.2(1) Subject to subsection (2) and despite the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act , if there is an agreement for the sharing of information between the Province and The War Amputations of Canada, the Reg- istrar may communicate to The War Amputations of Can- ada the names, addresses, postal codes and licence num- bers of holders of driver’s licences and learner’s licences for the sole purpose of allowing The War Amputations of Canada to conduct its key tag service. 7.2(1)

Loi sur le droit à l’information et la protection de la vie privée, si un accord sur le partage de renseignements est conclu entre la province et l’organisme appelé The War Amputations of Canada, le registraire peut communiquer à l’organisme les noms, adresses et codes postaux des ti- tulaires de permis de conduire et de permis d’apprenti ainsi que le numéro de ces permis à seule fin de lui permettre de fournir le service des plaques porte-clés. 7.2(2) If the holder of a driver’s licence or a learner’s licence requests that the information referred to in subsec- tion (1) not be provided to The War Amputations of Can- ada, the Registrar shall not communicate that information to The War Amputations of Canada. 7.2(2) Si le titulaire d’un permis de conduire ou d’un permis d’apprenti demande que les renseignements men- tionnés au paragraphe (1) ne soient pas divulgués à l’or- ganisme appelé The War Amputations of Canada , le re- gistraire s’abstient de les lui communiquer. 1
