OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Culture dated January 28, 1999, pursuant to

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Donald A. McLeod of Wolfville, Kings County, to be a member of the Nova Scotia Council on Higher Education for a term of office commencing April 1, 1999, and ending March 31, 2001; and (

b) reappoint Robert W. Shaw of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, to be a member and Chair of the Nova Scotia Council on Higher Education for a term of office commencing April 1, 1999, and ending March 31, 2002.
