CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Assessment Management Agency Act (Assented to May 18, 1995) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Assessment Management Agency Amendment Act, 1995. S.S. 1986, c.A-28.1 amended Subsection 22(1) of The Assessment Management Agency Act is repealed and the following substituted: A(1) Notwithstanding any other Act, all assessable properties and businesses in every municipality are to be revalued under the direction and supervision of the agency at least once in every three years. A(1.1) The first revaluation made pursuant to subsection (1) is to be effective on January 1, 1997@. Coming into force This Act comes into force on assent.
