Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act , is pleased to make regulations respecting forest utilization licence agreements, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after October 21, 2024.
