On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Salary Range Regulation, B.C. Reg. 152/2017, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix.

Appendix

Section 3 of the Salary Range Regulation, B.C. Reg. 152/2017, is amended

(

a) by repealing subsection (2), and

(

b) by adding the following subsection:

(3.1) The salary payable to a person who is appointed as an Executive Director, Operations and Strategic Initiatives, Office of the Premier (Vancouver), by the Lieutenant Governor in Council, is not to exceed $165 000.

Section 4 (1) (

a) is amended by striking out “ subsection (1), (2) or (3) ” and substituting “ subsection (1), (3) or (3.1) ”.

Section 4 (2) is amended by striking out “

section 3 (1) or (2) ” and substituting “

section 3 (1) ”.

4 Table 1 is amended by adding the following as indicated:
