On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
pursuant to subsection 70(2) of the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Paul Philion of Sudbury be reappointed as a part-time member and re-designated as part-time Vice-Chair of the Consent and Capacity Board for a fixed term of one year, effective January 1, 2019.
