OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated November 23, 2005 and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 107 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1888, the Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron Act of Incorporation, is pleased to approve the amendments made and approved by the membership of the Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron, at a duly convened special meeting on January 26, 2002, to the constitution and by-laws of the Royal Nova Scotia Yacht Squadron, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after December 9, 2005.
