Statute: Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal dated December 10, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 11 of

Chapter 452 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Surplus Crown Property Disposal Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the conveyance of the parcel of surplus land containing an area of 3740 square metres, more or less, situated at or near Bible Hill, County of Colchester, and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" and identified as "Parcel 2014-1" on

Schedule "B", which Schedules are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), head office at PO Box 2247, Station Central, Halifax, Nova Scotia, B3J 3C9, for the market value of $32,500.00; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to affect the conveyance of the lands herein above described.
