Order in Council 1806/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council 1683/2015 the Lieutenant Governor in Council appointed Richard Gasparini of Toronto, Ontario as a member of the Council of the Ontario Professional Foresters Association for a period of three years beginning on December 2, 2015;

And

Whereas he wishes to resign his appointment as a member;

Pursuant to subsection 6 (2) of the Professional Foresters Act, 2000, Order in Council 1683/2015 is hereby revoked effective June 15, 2017.
