Order in Council 1392/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Karen Wallace was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a term ending December 31, 2019, by Order in Council O.C. 254/2019;

And

whereas Karen Wallace tendered her resignation effective September 13, 2019;

Therefore, pursuant to clause 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 , subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Order in Council O.C. 254/2019 be revoked effective September 13, 2019.
