OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Advanced Education dated March 26, 2026, and pursuant to Sections 5 and 6 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 1991, the University Foundations Act , is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Roger Kirk MacRae of Cape Breton Regional Municipality as a member under clause 5(1)(

b) of the University Foundations Act and designate Roger Kirk MacRae as chair to the Cape Breton University Foundation for a term commencing April 14, 2026 and expiring February 28, 2027; and (

b) appoint Keith Maher of Cape Breton Regional Municipality as a member under clause 5(1)(

b) of the University Foundations Act to the Cape Breton University Foundation for a term commencing April 14, 2026 and expiring November 28, 2028.
