a) Brien Cates, Merritt, is appointed a member of the Board of Parole for the Province of British Columbia to hold office for a term of 4 years; (

b) the remuneration for Brien Cates shall be the maximum amount payable under Treasury Board Directive 1/00 for a member of regulatory agencies, boards and commissions. (This
