Order in Council 1205/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Order in Council O.C. 711/2021 dated June 3, 2021 established the Ontario Workforce Recovery Advisory Committee;

And

whereas Order in Council O.C. 711/2021 requires the Lieutenant Governor in Council to designate one member of the Ontario Workforce Recovery Advisory Committee as chair;

And

whereas Order in Council O.C. 757/2021 dated June 3, 2021 appointed Rohinton Medhora as member of the Ontario Workforce Recovery Advisory Committee;

Pursuant to

section 4 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act and the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario:

Rohinton Medhora of Waterloo

be designated as chair of the Ontario Workforce Recovery Advisory Committee, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond the earlier of the date on which Order in Council O.C. 757/2021 is revoked or March 2, 2022, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
