OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Public Works, dated November 29, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 80 of

Chapter 156 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Expropriation Act , is pleased, effective January 18, 2022, to: (

a) authorize the conveyance of PIDs 01290337, 10089308, 01280288 and 01240613, located at or near James River and Beaver Meadow, Antigonish County, to Rivermac Farms Limited, for the nominal consideration of $1.00; (

b) authorize the Minister of Public Works to make and execute a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Minister determines to effect the conveyance of the land herein above described; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Public Works to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purpose of this Order.
