Order in Council 83/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1164/2017, dated May 31, 2017, D. Jeanette Lortie was reappointed as a member of the Town of Spanish Police Services Board for a period of three years effective May 31, 2017;

And

whereas D. Jeanette Lortie has, in writing, resigned her appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1164/2017, dated May 31, 2017 reappointing D. Jeanette Lortie as a member of the Town of Spanish Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
