l) and adding the following after clause (l): (l.1) make by-laws respecting and prohibiting the parking or leaving of vehicles on property under the control of the university college, including, but not limited to, by-laws respecting the following: (

i) the places where, the times when and the conditions under which persons are authorized to park or are prohibited from parking or leaving vehicles, (ii) the placement of parking control signs, markings and meters prohibiting or governing the parking or leaving of vehicles, 2 Le paragraphe 10(1.1) est modifié par adjonction, après l'alinéa l), de ce qui suit : l.1) prendre des règlements administratifs concernant et interdisant le stationnement ou l'immobilisation de véhicules sur des propriétés relevant du Collège universitaire, notamment des règlements administratifs concernant : (
