OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated October 27, 2000, pursuant to
Section 16 of
Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the granting of an easement, approximately 66 feet wide, with respect to Crown land situate at West Pennant, Halifax County, and approximately shown marked in red on the plan marked
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to Sarah Marie Gray of West Pennant, Halifax County, for the consideration of $1000.00 per acre for the total area to be occupied by the easement, as determined by survey, and to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
