OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated November 27, 2018, and pursuant to

Section 672.38 of

Chapter C-46 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, the Criminal Code , is pleased, effective December 22, 2018, to: (

a) re-appoint Judith McPhee, Q.C, Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford), Stephen Scott, Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford), and Anne Jackman, Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as members of the Nova Scotia Criminal Code Review Board, each for a term of three (3) years; (

b) appoint John Scott, Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), Marian Mancini, Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) and Christine Mosher, Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as members of the Nova Scotia Criminal Code Review Board, each for a term of three (3) years; (

c) determine that the remuneration for Stephen Scott, Judith McPhee, Anne Jackman, Marian Mancini, John Scott and Christine Mosher be at the rate of $75.00 per hour for time spent necessarily attending to duties as members of the Nova Scotia Criminal Code Review Board; and (

d) determine that Stephen Scott, Judith McPhee, Anne Jackman, Marian Mancini, John Scott, and Christine Mosher shall be paid such actual and reasonable travel and other expenses as may be incurred by them in the performance of their duties, payable in accordance with the travel policies and guidelines of the Province of Nova Scotia applicable to civil servants.
