Ministry Responsible: ATTORNEY GENERAL Statutory Authority: Adult Guardianship Statues Amendment Act, 2001

a) B.C. Reg. 99/2001 is amended by striking out "28 to 49" and substituting "28 to 48".

b) section of the Adult Guardianship Statutes Amendment Act, 2001 , is brought into force.

c) effective September 1, 2001: B.C. Reg. 459/99 - the Representation Agreement Regulation is amended by adding the following section: Notaries who qualify as consultants under the Act .
