Section 139 of

Chapter 41 of the Acts of 2011, the Pension Benefits Act , is pleased to amend the Pension Benefits Regulations , N.S. Reg. 200/2015, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2015-133 dated April 21, 2015, respecting the unlocking of funds and the requirement to provide statements to former members and retired members of a pension plan, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 1, 2025.
