Order in Council 1503/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 786/2014, dated the 30th day of April 2014, Robert James Dopson was reappointed as a member of the Town of Smith Falls Police Services Board for a period of three years, effective from August 1, 2014;

and

whereas Robert James Dopson has agreed to be further reappointed as a member of the Town of Smith Falls Police Services Board;

therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Robert James Dopson is hereby further reappointed as a member of the Town of Smith Falls Police Services Board for a term of three years, effective August 1, 2017.
