OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister charged with administering the Heritage Property Act dated June 26, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 199 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Heritage Property Act , hereby grants the application dated January 23, 2025, to substantially alter Wecob House, a registered provincial heritage property located at 24 Wake Up Hill Rd., Marriot’s Cove, in the Municipality of the District of Chester, as recommended by the Advisory Council on Heritage Property.
