Order in Council 139/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Mariette Carrier-Fraser of Ottawa, who was reappointed by O.C. 1478/2020 as a member of the board of governors of Collège d’arts appliqués et de technologie La Cité collégiale, has passed away;

Now therefore , pursuant to subsection 3 (1) of the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act, 2002, and subsection 4 (2) of Ontario Regulation 34/03 made under the Act, Order in Council 1478/2020 be revoked.
