Commencement

This Bill repeals the Health Professions and Occupations Act .

HIS MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of the Province of British Columbia, enacts as follows:

Repeal

1 The Health Professions and Occupations Act , S.B.C. 2022, c. 43, is repealed.

Commencement

2 This Act comes into force on the date that is 18 months after the date of Royal Assent.

Explanatory Note

This Bill repeals the Health Professions and Occupations Act .
