OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Acting President of the Executive Council dated December 3, 2002, and pursuant to subsection 8(2) of

Chapter 140 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Elections Act, is pleased to appoint James E. Cochran as the Chair of the Election Commission for a term of five years commencing December 16, 2002 and ending December 15, 2007.
