Order in Council 1380/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert Harris was reappointed as part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of three years, effective March 7, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 366/2024;

And

whereas Robert Harris died on July 4, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Licence Appeal Tribunal Act, 1999, Order in Council O.C. 366/2024 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
