OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated January 23, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 5 of
Chapter 414 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Schooner Bluenose Foundation Act, is pleased effective on and after April 2, 2013, to: (
a) revoke Order in Council 2010-473 dated December 23, 2010; (
b) appoint the Honourable Leonard Preyra to be a member of the Board of Governors of the Schooner Bluenose Foundation; and (
c) appoint the Honourable Leonard Preyra as President of the Schooner Bluenose Foundation.
