OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries dated December 23, 2003, pursuant to Sections 27 and 87 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and to

Section 2 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2002, the Appropriations Act 2002, is pleased, effective on and after January 23, 2004, to authorize the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries to enter into (

a) an agreement respecting the Canada-Nova Scotia Implementation Agreement Amending Agreement No. 1 substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule "A"; and (

b) an agreement respecting the Canada-Nova Scotia Implementation Agreement Amending Agreement No. 2 substantially in the form set forth in

Schedule "B" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the nature of the agreement and such additional agreements or appendices as are necessary to implement these agreements.
