On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Bruce Best of London be reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of three years, effective September 30, 2017.
