OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated March 11, 1999 pursuant to clause 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 1998-373, dated July 23, 1998, by: (

a) striking out "described in

Schedule "A"" in paragraph (

a) thereof and substituting therefor "described as parcels GH, GH-1 and GH-2 in Schedules "A-1" and "A-2""; (

b) striking out "shown outlined in red on

Schedule "B"" in paragraph (

a) thereof and substituting therefor "shown outlined in red on Schedules "B-1" and "B-2""; (

c) striking out "convey the land to" in paragraph (

b) thereof and substituting therefor "convey parcel GH to Karen Louise West and Trevor Carl West and parcels GH-1 and GH-2 to"; (

d) replacing

Schedule "A" in the schedules referred to in paragraph (

a) thereof with Schedules "A-1" and "A-2" which are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation; and (

e) replacing

Schedule "B" referred to in paragraph (

a) thereof with

Schedule "B-1" and

Schedule "B-2" which are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation.
