OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Municipal Relations dated December 20, 2006, pursuant to

Section 20 of

Chapter 15 of the Acts of 2006, the Justice Administration Amendment

(2006) Act, and subsection (7) of

Section 3 of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that Sections 9 and 10 of

Chapter 15 of the Acts of 2006, the Justice Administration Amendment

(2006) Act, do come into force on and not before January 12, 2007.
