B.C. Reg. 140/2008 , deposited June 6, 2008, pursuant to the LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT [Section 6.8]. Order in Council 374/2008, approved and ordered June 6, 2008.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Administrator, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

section 1 of the Resort Regions Regulation, B.C. Reg. 90/2007, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(

j) the District of Ucluelet.
