OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated July 16, 2009, and pursuant to
Section 49 of
Chapter 5 of the Acts of 1993, the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, is pleased to amend the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Regulations, N.S. Reg. 105/94, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 94-537 dated June 28, 1994, to reduce the fee payable by an applicant who makes a request for access to a record, in the manner set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective August 14, 2009.
