Order in Council 1656/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas, by Order in Council numbered 807/2021, effective June 17, 2021, Karin Schnarr of Kitchener was appointed as a member of the board of directors of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario;

Now therefore, pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Higher Education Quality Council of Ontario Act, 2005 , Order in Council 807/2021 is revoked effective August 18, 2023.
